The VOCs change some enemy sounds to Duke sounds.
 
Using the HRP will replace those Duke sprites with the enforcer HiRes model
again (The HRP DEF files doen't know/care about changed ART files.)

If you want to see the LoRes Duke in the HRP instead of the enforcer model,
get the User ART Compatibility Pack from here:

Rename the included VIRULENT duke3d.deX to duke3d.def and put
HRP-VIRULENT-conpatibility.zip into your autoload folder.

Replacing the HiRes enforcer model with the HiRes Duke model should be possible
via DEF file (only), but I haven't tried that yet.
