  replace greenfont13 by empy with greenfont13 by SwissCM, because:
  - SwissCM is the original designer of (this version of) the font
  - these 8-bit versions actually use the Duke 3D palette
  - it better matches the Duke color scheme (i.e. not totally saturated)
