  all references to default HRP audited and updated, HUD keycard fixed in the process
  fix loading of XXX data
  fix installation procedure (once SSI is copied from CD, extract and process it)
  remove 336-338, not in add-on and too much trouble to keep up
  add XXX 8-bit "Cha-Cha"
  prevent "pal 1" references to daytime skybox from being tinted
  minor Vaca1 improvements
  fix frozen babe autokick
  improve dragon death (move in direction of projectile's hit, not player)
  disable visibility clearing for weapons that do not produce fire
