Added excellent HUD improvements by Captain Awesome:
pistol: more realistic, some frames extended
soak'em: extended, 4th frame completely replaced
coconut: extended
pineapple: hand border fixed, second frame replaced (accuracy to pipebomb), bonus no-hand frame added
